We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship orders using Australia Post and Direct Freight Express. The shipping carrier used for your order may depend on the size, weight, destination, and type of product purchased.

Shipping Rates

For Australian orders, we offer the following shipping rates:

• Free standard shipping on orders of $80 or more
• $9.95 standard shipping on orders under $80
• Express shipping available for $13.95

Please note that bulky, oversized, or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. If additional shipping costs apply, we may contact you before dispatching your order to confirm the updated shipping cost.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or peak delivery periods.
